I managed to obtain it in one account. Man, it wasn't easy.

St. Valentine's Day ha started February 14th (,2010) and I got my chocolate from that quest.

Proper order: First Melt, Secondly Mold, and lastly Cool.

Had to give the damn chocolate to the male along with the bouquet in Principal's Office in White Day. Received a present and gave it to my FOmarl, Tarnia since she's the only female character I have on Ultimate.

Got the wrapped up present for Tarnia, went on Ultimate--AND YES, it has to be Ultimate. In order to get your Rambling May. Everything else can be done in Normal--As I was saying, I gave the present (unopened) to Tyrell. There! A legit Rambling May! And no, I don't got 170 ATA. >_>

btw, that Rambling May is still on the damn Blacklist. I keep hearing that there are only "4 legit ones with hit".

There's this fact that Rambling May shoots really fast on FOmarls (which is my Tarnia you're looking at).

I sorta get the whole thing... but... I'll do step by step:

1. Make chocolate as a female, and give it to a male (one account or partner up one)
2. Bring the both bouquet and the chocolate as a male to the principal, you get a present (DO NOT OPEN), give it to the same female. (Eg, Tarnia made chocolate)
3. A Female Lv20 at least on Hard Episode 1 (Atlas ship), just give the present to Tyrell in White Day and you get the Rambling May. Gawd...

This may come again next year. I wouldn't trust getting one on Christmas Fiasco but--PUT UP THE DAMN TJS!!! D:<

PS: Tried out Rambling May on my FOmarl (had to sacriface V801 for Heavenly/Arm). This had made me play my FOmarl once more. lol

PSS: Half of the 400 players (or more) should already have Rambling Mays. And it's still on the damn Blacklist. I used my bro and sis' account to get Rambling May for them. It's so easy but I rarely mess up. (And don't even think about it...)
